➡️ How Do I Reset or Change My Password?
This guide explains how to reset or update your password for both Static Proxy services and Residential/Rotating Proxy services.
➡️ Account Login Password (Dashboard Access)
Your account password is the one used to log in to your Rayobyte dashboard. The steps depend on which service you are using.
✔ Static Proxy Dashboard (Datacenter, ISP, Port-Based Rotating)
This applies to:
- ✔ Dedicated Datacenter (DC) Proxies
- ✔ Semi-Dedicated Proxies
- ✔ ISP & Semi-ISP Proxies
- ✔ Port-Based Rotating Proxies (legacy)
If You Cannot Log In
You can request a password reset directly from the Static Proxy Dashboard login page:

If You Can Log In
You may also change your password through the Rayobyte Client Portal:
- Log in to the Client Portal
- Click the upper-right menu (Hello, [Account Name])
- Select Change Password

✔ Residential & Rotating Proxy Dashboard
This applies to:
- ✔ Residential Proxies
- ✔ Rotating Datacenter (DC)
- ✔ Rotating ISP
- ✔ Web Unblocker
If You Cannot Log In
The Rotating Proxy Dashboard login page includes a built-in Forgot Password option:
- Go to the login page:
https://app.rayobyte.com/auth/login - Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your account email address
- Follow the password reset instructions sent to your inbox
If You Can Log In
To change your password inside the dashboard:
- Log in to your account
- Click your username in the upper-right corner
- Select Security Settings
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Submit
➡️ Proxy Authentication Password (Proxy Username/Password)
Rayobyte services use a separate proxy password for authentication inside your applications (not your dashboard login).

For Static Proxies, if you need to reset or update your proxy authentication password, please contact support directly.

✔ Residential & Rotating Proxy Services
Proxy authentication credentials can be updated directly inside the Rotating Proxy Dashboard:
- Log in to https://app.rayobyte.com
- Select the proxy service you are using
- Click Get Started
- Locate the Proxy Password section
- Click Change to update your proxy password
