If you have received an email about your services being Stopped/Suspended/Terminated, then there is most likely a billing issue, and your services were automatically stopped due to no payment. If your service is suspended, and you make a payment within the first 2 days of suspension, your service will automatically be unsuspended and extended by the system. 

If you have made a payment on the most recent invoice, please check if PayPal may be holding the payments. If so, please contact our support for further assistance.
