If you have received an email about your services being Stopped/Suspended/Terminated, then there is most likely a billing issue, and your services were automatically stopped due to no payment. 


Payment within the 2-day Suspension Period

If your service is suspended, and you make a payment within the first 2 days of suspension, your service will automatically be unsuspended and extended by the system. 


Payment after the service has been terminated

Payments made beyond the 2-day suspension period are still valid. The system will reactivate your service and provide you with new set of proxies. You can contact us if you need your old proxies back.


Payment has been reflected in your card or PayPal but the invoice is still unpaid

If you have made a payment but your invoice still shows unpaid, please contact our support team for further assistance.
