➡️ Understanding Service Suspension for Static Proxies

This guide applies primarily to Rayobyte’s Static Proxy Services, including:

  • ✔ Dedicated Proxies
  • ✔ Semi-Dedicated Proxies
  • ✔ ISP & Semi-ISP Proxies
  • ✔ Port-based Rotating Proxies (these follow the same billing structure as static proxies)

If your static proxy service has been marked as Stopped, Suspended, or Terminated, the most common cause is a billing or payment issue. The sections below explain what this means and how to restore your service.

If your account is suspended for a reason that does not match any of the conditions below, please contact support so we can investigate.

➡️ What About Rotating Proxy Services?

The following products do not suspend due to missed renewal payments:

  • ✔ Residential Proxies
  • ✔ Rotating Data Center (DC) Proxies
  • ✔ Rotating ISP Proxies
  • ✔ Web Unblocker

These services only suspend when your bandwidth reaches 0.

  • ✔ Once you replenish your bandwidth, the suspension is automatically lifted.
  • ✔ No additional steps are required on your end.

If your rotating proxy service is suspended for any other reason, please reach out to support so we can check your account and resolve the issue.

➡️ Why Your Static Proxy Service Was Suspended

A static proxy suspension usually happens because:

  • ✔ A renewal payment did not process.
  • ✔ An invoice reached its due date without payment.
  • ✔ Your payment method was declined or expired.
  • ✔ A PayPal subscription failed to renew.

When this happens, the system automatically suspends the affected static proxy services.

➡️ Payment Within the 2-Day Suspension Period

If you pay the invoice within the first 2 days after suspension:

  • ✔ Your service will automatically be unsuspended.
  • ✔ Your subscription period will continue normally.
  • ✔ No extra steps are required once the payment posts.

Your access will be restored as soon as the payment is processed.

➡️ Payment After the Service Has Been Terminated

If more than 2 days have passed and your service has been terminated:

  • ✔ Your service will still be reactivated after payment.
  • ✔ You will receive a new set of proxies.
  • ✔ You may request your old proxies back, and we will check whether recovery is possible.

Note: Proxy inventory changes over time, so restoring your original IPs may not always be possible—but we will always check if you contact us.

➡️ Payment Reflected on Card/PayPal, But Invoice Still Unpaid

If you see a charge on your card or PayPal but your dashboard still shows the invoice as unpaid, or the service remains suspended, it typically means the payment didn’t sync properly.

In this case:

  • ✔ Contact our support team to verify the payment.
  • ✔ We will manually match the transaction and update your invoice status.

➡️ Suspended for a Reason Not Listed Here?

If none of the scenarios above describe your situation—for example:

  • ✔ You paid on time but still received a suspension notice.
  • ✔ Your proxy list disappeared unexpectedly.
  • ✔ The suspension reason does not mention billing or bandwidth.

Then there may be a technical issue or something unusual with your account. Please contact us so we can investigate:
