➡️ Why Are Some Proxy Locations Unavailable?

This article applies to Rayobyte’s static proxy services, including:

  • ✔ Dedicated Datacenter (DC) Proxies
  • ✔ Semi-Dedicated Proxies
  • ✔ Static ISP Proxies
  • ✔ Semi-ISP Proxies

From time to time, certain proxy locations may be temporarily unavailable due to inventory limits or maintenance. When this happens, your proxies may appear blank or undelivered in the dashboard if a specific location is selected.

➡️ Recommended Solution: Use “Mixed” Location Preference

To ensure the fastest delivery of your proxies, we strongly recommend setting your location preference to “Mixed” in your proxy dashboard.

You can update your location preferences here:
 https://rayobyte.com/proxy/dashboard/locations

When Mixed is selected, our system will automatically assign proxies from locations that currently have available inventory, allowing your service to be provisioned without delay.

➡️ What to Expect After Selecting “Mixed”

  • ✔ Proxies are typically assigned within a few minutes
  • ✔ No action is required once the location preference is saved
  • ✔ Your proxies will appear in the dashboard once assigned

If your proxies are not delivered within 10 minutes after switching to the Mixed location setting, please contact our support team so we can investigate immediately.

➡️ Important Notes

  • ✔ This behavior applies only to static proxies
  • ✔ Rotating proxy services assign IPs dynamically and do not use location preferences in the same way
  • ✔ Availability may vary by proxy type and region
