After you've purchased a VPS/Server, there are some steps that you will need to complete to be able to login to the VPS/Server. These steps are outlined below:
- You will receive an email with the subject 'Your New VPS' or Server. You will need the Main IP, Username, and Password from the email.
- If you do not receive this email, you may login to your client area to find the Server information HERE You may be asked to login to your account.
- Once you have the server/VPS information, you will follow the below guides depending on whether you are on Windows or Mac.
*You can manage your VPS/Server Power/Password in the services area of the client dashboard by clicking on your VPS/Server HERE
Windows:
- Click Windows Button in bottom right corner HERE
- Start typing for 'Remote Desktop Connection' HERE
- Enter the Server/VPS IP into the 'Computer' blank, then click 'Connect' HERE
- You will then receive a window asking for credentials. You will enter Administrator for the Username, and the password you set for the Password. HERE
- You will receive a warning stating the remote computer cannot be identified directly. Just select 'Yes' to proceed HERE
- You should now be logged into the VPS/Server and see a screen like this HERE
- Complete!

Mac/Apple:
- You will need to go to the App Store HERE
- Search for 'Parallels Client' HERE
- Download the Parallels Client app from app store for free
- Open the Parallels app, and you will receive a prompt that states 'You have no connections configured'. Select 'Add' HERE
- If you don't see the prompt, you are able to add a new connection by right clicking on the blank area in the app, and select 'New connection' HERE
- Select 'Standard RDP'
- You will then receive a prompt asking for credentials. Enter the Server/VPS IP into the 'Server' blank. You can then name the server connection whatever you'd like in 'Friendly name', then click 'OK' HERE
- A connection will have appeared, and you can now click on it to connect HERE
- You will then enter Administrator for the Username, and the password you set for the Password. HERE
- You should now be logged into the VPS/Server and see a screen like this HERE
- Complete!
